Shipping and Delivery

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

 

Definitions

For the purposes of this Disclaimer:

  • “Company” (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Disclaimer) refers to Traci ART
  • “Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • “Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • “Service” refers to the Website.
  • “Website” refers to Traci ART, accessible from https://www.traci-art.co.za
  • “You” means the individual accessing the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

 

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms and Conditions. Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

Domestic Shipping Policy (South Africa)

At this time We offer shipping within South Africa only. If you live outside of South Africa, You will need to arrange Your own courier at your own cost. Please refer to “International Shipping” below. 

Shipment processing times

All domestic Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Domestic shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

 

International Shipping

These paintings ship from South Africa. At this time, we only offer domestic deliveries within South Africa. International customers need to arrange a courier at their own cost.

We will package your painting/s appropriately to protect artwork and email you the package weight and size.

By processing Your Order using a country other than South Africa, You acknowledge that shipping is Your own responsibility at Your own cost.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

South African customers will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Order has shipped containing the tracking number(s). The tracking number(s) will usually be active within 24 hours.

 

What Happens if my Order is Delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason We will let you know as soon as possible and will advise You of a revised estimated date for delivery.

 

Other Shipping Restrictions

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday to Friday.

 

Returns and Refunds

We do not accept refunds or returns unless your package was damaged in delivery. If you are unhappy with your purchase please email admin@traci-art.co.za so we can come to a resolution.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Traci ART is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).

I took a private class with Traci while visiting SA from Canada. It was incredible. Traci is a very talented artist who takes the time to really teach you the technique. She helped me to understand paint consistency and gave me lots of tips and tricks so I feel comfortable enough to try it on my own at home. Her studio is beautiful and spacious. I loved every minute of the class. I will be back next time I come through to Johannesburg.

I have done two of Traci's classes and can't wait to do more. They are very relaxed and after explaining the technique, Traci let's you get on with it, but is right there to help when you need her. Classes are small so she has time to spend with each person, helping them to create their own masterpiece. Traci is so lovely and willing to help with advice on what supplies to buy and tips to help you when trying some paintings at home as well. For me, going to Traci's studio is going to my happy place!

Unrushed and insightful, Traci created a nurturing environment which allowed me to absorb and experiment. There's no right and there's no wrong. Everyone can be an artist. Play with your inner child.

A friend and myself did a workshop with Traci for the flow method with a hairdryer. She is one of the loveliest people you can meet and a master of her trade. We learnt so much from her about flow art and will certainly be back to learn more different techniques. Do yourselves a favour and do a workshop with her... It really is a lot of fun and you will learn so much. The workshop would also be a lovely gift to give to a creative person. 👍👏

Thank you for teaching me so much in your acrylic pour classes. Apart from the fun we had, everything was so professional and well explained. Added to this the option to get all the paint I would need from you and assistance in choices and quantities, made everything so easy. Having watched YouTube videos on the Dutch pour technique, I attempted it myself and failed miserably. But after attending Traci’s class, I learned so many valuable tips and absolutely love how my creation turned out. Traci is super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I also ordered some Bastion products from Traci, which was convenient and arrived very quickly. I will definitely be back for more classes.

I have attended two of Traci's classes and cannot wait for the next one! Classes are kept small so that she can assist each person with any questions or if help is needed. Her classes are very laid back and there is no right or wrong, as long as you are having fun. I would highly recommend Traci if you are looking for a fun-filled class that is value for money.

Oh WHAT a treat this was!!! Traci was welcoming and her space oozes peace and everything professional. Got there just in time, the table was all set with paints ready for us to play as we learned.
